Originally from Brandon, MS, I attended The University of Southern Mississippi and earned a Finance/Real Estate degree. My real estate journey began in college when I bought my first house and started investing in other properties right after graduation. With valuable work experience gained at two real estate companies from 2012-2015. I then decided to embark on my entrepreneurial journey, founding Giordano Realty & Management (now Trihelm Properties) in 2015. I oversee the day to day operations of Trihelm, which includes legal compliance, accounting, special projects and financial growth. Additionally, I monitor risk management, reporting, and community involvement to ensure customer satisfaction. Beyond my professional pursuits, my true joys lie in spending quality time with my wife and two girls, enjoying outdoor activities like hunting, and fishing.

Born and raised in Brandon, Mississippi, I earned a finance degree from Mississippi College. I currently serve as the Broker and Owner of Trihelm Properties, where my focus is on enhancing the value of our clients and personal real estate investments as well as managing all aspects of commercial brokerage services. With a track record of over $150,000,000 in sales, I’ve earned multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards as well as grown commercial property management to over 1,000,000 square feet under management spanning multiple asset classes. Beyond my professional life, my greatest joys are my wife and four children. In my free time, I enjoy sports, especially hunting.

With four years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, I’m now the Director of Property Management at Trihelm. This involves strategic planning to maximize property value and vendor management, ensuring quality work and compliance with contractual terms. Beyond the professional realm, my heart belongs to sports, with football being a particular passion.

Hey there! I am originally from Mississippi, Rankin County area, with a background in management, insurance, and various fields. I have been dedicated to Trihelm for upcoming on 5 years now. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, owner correspondence, evictions, and compliance are just some of the exciting roles I help our team with. I am also a proud wife and mother of three. When I am not busy fulfilling my roles for Trihelm or leading my Girl Scout troop, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family, embarking on outdoor adventures like camping and kayaking, or simply unwinding with a good book. Life is all about balance, and I’m embracing it!

Born and raised in Starkville, Mississippi.I earned my B.S. in Accounting from Mississippi State University. My career journey has been quite diverse.. from working construction to a medical research lab – I look forward to building on these experiences as I pursue a career in Real Estate. Currently, I am the Project Manager at Trihelm. I work with owners in coordinating unit turns, renovations of their properties, and all other related construction projects. Outside of work, I love to spend my free time outdoors.

I’m a maintenance technician from Richland, Mississippi. After putting in two years of college for a technical degree, I’ve spent a solid decade honing my skills in maintenance. Right now, I’m keeping things ship-shaped at Trihelm Properties. I oversee general home maintenance, which involves tasks like updating light fixtures, electrical outlets, and light switches. These efforts are all part of our punch list, helping us prepare our properties for new residents, ensuring they are in pristine condition for move-ins. But when I’m not busy fixing things, I’m outdoors fishing and spending time with family.

I’m originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, where I started a brief career in electronics technology. Over the past 13 years, I’ve been involved in remodels and maintenance for both houses and apartments with Belhaven Properties. Now, with Trihelm, I continue to focus on remodels and maintenance. I also work on renovations, and work orders with the goal of keeping properties in excellent condition and tenants satisfied. Outside of work, I find joy in spending quality time with my family!

I’m originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi College. For five years, I was a certified general appraiser with Integra Realty Resources, specializing in multifamily, self-storage, and shopping center appraisals. Currently, I work as a real estate sales agent with Trihelm which involves representing buyers in their property searches, conducting market research, and negotiating transactions. Off-duty, you’ll often find me on the golf course, catching college football games, or snow skiing.
